The continued use of the Audacious Projects website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Note that Audacious Projects can not guarantee that all products on the website are indeed in stock and available to purchase. Audacious Projects reserves the right to stop selling any product at any time. Audacious Projects reserves the right to change the terms & conditions at any time. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions then please do not use the website.

Or in the cases when we are using content under the authority of a third party, it shall remain the property of said third party.

Audacious Projects grant you the limited right to access and make use of the website as a user. You are authorised to use this content for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not duplicate, publish or otherwise distribute the materials without prior consent of Audacious Projects. You may not modify the material in anyway, with out permission of the copyright owner.

Audacious Projects trademarks include but are not limited to the Audacious Projects name and logo and are protected by the United Kingdom trademark and copyright laws. Please note that the use of this website does not grant you permission to use our trademarks.

Audacious Projects seeks to keep all information up to date and accurate. However, technological and human errors may occur. For example a product may be listed that is not in stock or the price may be listed incorrectly. As soon as an error is detected it will be amended, therefore, Audacious Projects reserves the right to change information on the website and the content of these Terms & Conditions without notice.

The website may contain typological errors and inaccuracies. These errors may relate to pricing, product information or there may be an omission of information. Audacious Projects reserves the right to change or update these errors without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

Audacious Projects strives to represent each product in the most accurate way. However, due to colour variations of electronic devises such as computers, the colour of the actual products may vary. Audacious Projects cannot be held responsible for such differences.

Many of the sweatshirts are made to order therefore some differences may occur between the product received and the product photographed on the website. Again Audacious Projects cannot be held responsible for these differences.

The sizing chart is included as a guide for the customers use. If you are in doubt about sizing please do contact us prior to order.

Currently Audacious Projects makes use of Earthpositive garment blanks and Stanley Stella garment blanks. We use these garment blanks, as currently they are the best option for sustainable, good quality clothing. As Audacious Projects continues to grow, we will transition to manufacturing our own garments.

Your placing of an order on the website, you agree that you have read the Terms & Conditions and are therefore bound by them. Prior to completing your order you will be able to review your selection, the information that you have provided and amend any input errors. Please be aware that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be bought by another customer. Following the submission of an order, an order confirmation email will be sent out. Bear in mind that this does not constitute the acceptance of the order. When you place an order, an offer is made for us to sell you the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by Audacious Projects and we will confirm this acceptance with a shipping confirmation email. A contract will only be formed when you receive the Shipping Confirmation email. The contract will only apply to the product(s) you ordered and that are confirmed in the shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order prior to acceptance (receipt of shipping confirmation). You do, however, acknowledge that by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the product(s).

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us. Once an order has been placed and it has been accepted by us, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent out. The contract between you and us in relation to the product(s) ordered will only be formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email or pick-up notification email. After entering into the contract, we will be under a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the contract. Please note that the contract will only relate to the product(s) which have been confirmed in the shipping confirmation email. Audacious Projects can not guarantee that all products displayed on the website are in stock or available for purchase.

The prices on our website are shown in GBP and should be paid in GBP. The prices and delivery costs on the website include VAT. The prices on the Audacious Projects website may vary and we are not bound by the price until the order has been accepted (Shipping Confirmation has been sent to you). In the event that the price of the product changes before we have accepted your order an email will be sent to you with the updated price and the option to re-place the order. Audacious Projects reserves the right to cancel an order prior to acceptance. If we have already received payment and subsequently the price of the product(s) changes, a refund will be processed. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used at the purchase.

The product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time of delivery or collection (as the case maybe). Ownership of the product(s) ordered will also pass to you on delivery or collection (as the case maybe), provided full payment due in respect of the product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.

If you believe that the product(s) received from Audacious Projects are defective, please notify us immediately. Although legally allowed one year to complain of a defective product(s), you must always notify Audacious Products within a reasonable time after you are made aware of the defectiveness. If Audacious Projects believes the product(s) to be defective we will make a full refund. It is up to the discretion of Audacious Projects as whether they deem a product defective or not.

Except in relation to certain products, you are entitled to return your product(s) you purchased before and up to 14 days after your product(s) has been delivered. In order to exercise your cancellation please inform us at ab@audaciousprojects.co.uk. Please provide reasoning for the cancellation of your order, also please provide your name, address and order reference number. In order to receive a refund you must return the product(s) or send the email requesting a cancellation within the 14 day period specified above. You do not have the right to cancel a contract for the supply of the following products:

• Any product(s) that are made to your bespoke specifications (for example custom orders related to the Stitch and reverse stitch sweatshirt and hooded sweatshirts).

• Any product(s) that are labelled as or are part of a sale.

Unless the product(s) were damaged or faulty when delivered to you. You must return the product(s) to us within 14 days after the day of notifying us that you wish to return the product(s). The returned product(s) must be in the same condition in which you receive them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration (for example, to your having used the product(s)), up to the price of the product(s), from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled. We will refund all payments that we have received from you including the costs of delivery (except any additional costs that result from you having chosen a different method of delivery than the cheaper method offered by us). For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction.

You have the right to exchange purchased products with 14 days on delivery, for a different size only. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please not that sale products and custom products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions are held to be unenforceable or invalid, such ruling will not invalidate any other aspect of these Terms & Conditions.

Audacious Projects will cover the costs of shipping the product to the winning entrant however, if the good needs to be returned and a return is agreed at the discretion of Audacious Projects, the cost of the return will be the entrants responsibility
